Job summary

Zero Impact Solutions, based in Costa Mesa, CA, seeks a Client Relationship Manager to coordinate projects and act as primary client contact. Role is in-office, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, connecting sales, EVSE support and engineering to ensure timely project completion.

Responsibilities include updating clients, proposing upgrades, and guiding through contracts while fostering growth with existing and new clients. This role offers exposure to renewable energy and EV charging sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.
• 1-3 years experience in client service, sales, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.
• Familiarity with construction industry is a plus.
• Ability to engage with C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and provide solutions.
• Provide regular project status updates.
• Build relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with sales to propose additional services.
• Coordinate with EVSE tech support and engineering teams.
• Guide clients through contracts and documentation.
• Post-project billing recommendations and upgrades.
