Job summary

Zero Impact Solutions is seeking an Account Manager in Costa Mesa, CA, to handle sales support and account management, interfacing with internal engineering and external stakeholders. You will manage contracts, coordinate with marketing and customer service, and help shape product or service requirements.

Responsibilities include planning client projects, researching rebate programs, and maintaining communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year in a sales support role.
• Minimum 1 year in business analysis or related field is a plus.
• Comfortable working under strict deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work with them to determine solutions.
• Excellent technical and communication skills.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Experience creating detailed reports and delivering presentations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage client accounts and projects.
• Attend company meetings and presentations with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients to determine product or service requirements.
• Develop project plans to meet client goals and objectives.
• Research and understand State and Federal rebate programs and how they will benefit the customer.
• Build relationships with clients to ensure brand and project success.
• Create a pleasant experience for clients by coordinating with marketing and customer service to provide solutions.
• Provide regular updates, respond to inquiries, and address client concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain a consistent line of communication with the internal engineering team and outside agencies.
• Monitor and manage the scope of the project from inception to handoff.
• Oversee the development of new client relationships.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Be comfortable pivoting your time and energy between multiple accounts each day.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
