Job summary

Zero Impact Energy in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to serve as the primary contact for clients, coordinating with Sales, EVSE support, and Engineering. You will track project progress, communicate expectations, and guide clients through contracts while identifying upgrade opportunities and billing updates.

The role is in-office, Mon–Fri, with a focus on delivering excellent service, maintaining relationships, and driving installations and upgrades in the renewable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.
• 1–3 years experience in client service, sales, or a related field.
• Demonstrates business acumen with strong prioritization and judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, highly organized and interpersonal.
• Able to engage with individuals at all levels, including C-level executives.
• Team player with professional demeanor and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Provide regular project status updates, including construction-related updates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and new prospects.
• Partner with the sales team to develop proposals for additional services and installations.
• Analyze client feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Respond to client inquiries timely and professionally; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve project issues and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Schedule client meetings, make calls, and provide email updates.
• Guide clients through contracts, diagrams, documentation and new procedures.
• Post-project follow-up with billing recommendations and installations improvements.
