The ideal candidate has strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with experience in sales administration or related business operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; 2+ preferred.
• Experience in inside sales, sales administration, purchasing, or logistics preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Japanese language skills are not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage inside sales activities, including quotations, order processing, and customer communication.
• Assist with purchasing aircraft parts and equipment from suppliers.
• Prepare purchase orders, invoices, shipping documents, and repair orders.
• Coordinate pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules with suppliers and customers.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and customer credit limits.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
• Work with freight forwarders and vendors to resolve shipping, customs, and delivery issues.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product repair coordination.
• Maintain accurate sales records, transaction data, and reports.
• Assist with workflow coordination, process improvements, and training new staff.
• Perform other administrative and sales support duties as assigned.
