Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee Business Development, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Export Compliance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers; negotiate agreements.
• Support US-Japan business coordination and project initiatives.
• Act as liaison between US and Japan operations to ensure alignment.
• Travel domestically and internationally for meetings.
• Lead and develop supervisors and team members across departments.
• Resolve operational issues and coordinate cross-functional activities.
