Pasona Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to support daily sales operations, order processing, inventory management, and customer service in Gardena, CA.

This full-time, on-site role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and strong communication with customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in sales operations or order processing, experience with ERP systems, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, order processing, customer service, or related field.
• Experience using ERP systems is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work accurately, consistently, and independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and enter accurate information into the ERP system.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email about orders, pricing, inventory, and shipments.
• Monitor inventory levels, order status, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with warehouses, distributors, and internal sales teams.
• Prepare and review system-generated monthly reports.
• Manage product sample requests, RMAs, and pricing exceptions.
• Assist with shipping documentation and order-related administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and support daily sales operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
