Engineering Systems, Inc. (ESi) seeks a Safety Manager to lead ESi’s health and safety program across locations, including oversight of OSHA compliance, training, audits, and incident reviews.

This role partners with leadership and Site Safety Coordinators to strengthen safety practices and ensure regulatory compliance. The candidate will develop practical safety procedures, manage procurement of PPE, and coordinate with external resources to benchmark and improve the program.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Safety Engineering, Environmental Health, or related field required.
• Applicable Certificates and designations for area of expertise

Responsabilidades

• Lead and shape practical, compliant safety training across the firm.
• Provide safety leadership while balancing compliance, risk, and client expectations.
• Serve as main contact for safety questions and provide guidance to Site Safety Coordinators nationwide.
• Develop and implement safety orientation and ongoing training based on roles and risks.
• Review inspections, audits, and incident reports to drive corrective actions and improvements.
• Ensure OSHA recordkeeping and reporting requirements are met.
