Engineering Systems Inc. (ESi) seeks a Safety Manager to lead the firm’s health and safety program across locations. You will oversee OSHA compliance, training, audits, incident reviews, and corrective actions while aligning safety with business needs.

You’ll partner with senior leadership, support Site Safety Coordinators nationwide, and drive practical safety improvements with strong regulatory knowledge.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Safety Engineering, Environmental Health, or related field required.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA standards and safety policies.
• Experience balancing regulatory compliance, client requirements, and business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement safety training and orientation for staff.
• Lead safety inspections, audits, and incident reviews to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with leadership and Site Safety Coordinators nationwide.
• Support corrective actions and root-cause analyses for incidents.
• Manage PPE resources and on-site safety practices.
