Job summary

Peoplelink Group is seeking a Safety Manager to lead the enterprise safety program across multiple locations. This role partners with operations and leadership to ensure safety requirements are understood, documented, and compliant with regulations while driving risk mitigation and continuous improvement.

The position emphasizes safety governance, training, incident prevention, and regular collaboration with customers and field teams to meet safety obligations and inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in workplace safety, EHS, compliance, risk management, or operations.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, recordkeeping, and safety compliance.
• Experience managing multi-site safety programs, audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise safety programs, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Partner with leaders to implement scalable safety processes across units.
• Monitor and communicate applicable safety regulations and requirements.
• Analyze incidents and trends to drive prevention and risk reduction.
• Support field leaders and customers with safety guidance and audits.
• Develop safety training programs and communications.
• Maintain safety metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement.
