Zusammenfassung

Absorb Software, a leading AI-driven learning platform provider, seeks a senior commercial counsel to negotiate complex SaaS and enterprise software agreements. You will advise on IP, privacy, data usage, and risk, partnering with Sales, Product, Finance and Privacy teams to close deals.

You will navigate international transactions, draft standard templates, and contribute to AI-related contracting strategies in a remote-first environment.

Qualifikationen

• JD and active admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial/technology transactional experience.
• Hands-on negotiation of B2B SaaS and enterprise software agreements.

Aufgaben

• Negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts including SLAs, MSAs, and DPAs.
• Advise on indemnities, liability, IP, privacy, data usage and termination terms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance and Security to close deals.
• Manage concurrent negotiations and advise on risk with stakeholders.
• Support contracting for AI-enabled products and data-related issues.
• Work on international transactions and cross-border contracting.
