WRITER seeks a senior commercial counsel to partner with sales and procurement, drafting and negotiating SaaS agreements that power growth. You will report to the head of commercial legal and operate in a fast‑paced, collaborative team with a sense of humor.

You bring 7+ years negotiating complex contracts, with experience at SaaS companies or tech‑focused law firms, and you understand privacy, IP, and AI issues.

Qualifications

• A law degree from an accredited law school and admitted to practice law in the U.S.
• 7+ years of experience negotiating commercial contracts at a SaaS company and/or law firm servicing tech industry clients.
• Experience contracting with large enterprise companies and strategic partners.
• Exposure to privacy, IP, and AI‑specific legal issues; basic AI knowledge helpful.
• Experience using contract management tools; familiarity with CLM tools.

Responsabilités

• Review and negotiate inbound and outbound commercial contracts, including SaaS licensing agreements and data processing agreements with enterprise customers and suppliers.
• Develop and manage contract templates and negotiation playbooks to improve sales contracting efficiency.
• Create processes that benefit the business and support internal stakeholders as the company scales.
• Enable and train go‑to‑market teammates with practical legal guidance.
