Relativity is seeking a Senior Counsel, Commercial Transactions to lead negotiating and drafting of complex software, SaaS, and hybrid cloud agreements. This role partners with Sales, Product, Security, and Finance to enable growth while managing legal risk.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in technology transactions and a JD with bar admission. The position offers a hybrid work model and opportunities to influence strategic initiatives with AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of relevant in-house and/or law firm experience with technology transactions.
• Experience negotiating SaaS, software, cloud services, data processing and enterprise agreements.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled products and emerging tech issues.

Responsabilités

• Lead customer, procurement, and strategic commercial negotiations for software, SaaS, hybrid cloud, AI offerings, and partnerships.
• Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Security, IT, and Compliance.
• Advance scalable contracting processes and drive efficiency through standard forms and templates.
• Engage with customers to ensure value and strong communication, solving issues promptly.
