Job summary

Absorb Software, a leading global AI-driven learning platform, is hiring a Commercial Contracts Attorney to drive B2B SaaS negotiations and related agreements. You will draft, negotiate, and structure complex contracts, including NDAs, DPAs, software licenses, and technology partnerships, ensuring risk controls and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• JD with active admission to practice law.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant commercial and technology transactional legal experience, including hands-on negotiation of B2B SaaS agreements.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and commercial judgment with knowledge of tech licensing, IP, privacy, and information security.
