Absorb Software, a leading global AI-driven learning platform, is hiring a Commercial Contracts Attorney to drive B2B SaaS negotiations and related agreements. You will draft, negotiate, and structure complex contracts, including NDAs, DPAs, software licenses, and technology partnerships, ensuring risk controls and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

JD with active admission to practice law.
Minimum 5 years of relevant commercial and technology transactional legal experience, including hands-on negotiation of B2B SaaS agreements.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and commercial judgment with knowledge of tech licensing, IP, privacy, and information security.

Responsibilities

Negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including NDAs, DPAs, software licenses, and technology partnership agreements.
Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Privacy, and Security to structure practical solutions and support timely deal closure.
Help shape approaches to emerging areas like AI contracting.
