Job summary

Clarivate is seeking a Senior Product Sales Manager for the Academia & Government team to drive growth for the Ex Libris portfolio, including the Alma platform. You will align with academic and library organizations to articulate value, build executive relationships, and close strategic deals.

This remote role in the Northeast US requires strong pipeline management, relationship-building, and collaboration to exceed revenue targets while supporting customers across institutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets for complex product lines and expansive territories.
• Identify high-value opportunities through executive discovery and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with regional Account Managers and customer success teams to advance opportunities.
• Create and manage a strong pipeline, maximize deal size, and accelerate cycles with negotiation tactics.
• Develop and position high-impact, value-added solutions addressing complex customer needs.
• Build and sustain senior stakeholder relationships to become a trusted advisor.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive sales planning and strategy execution.
