DailyPay, Inc. is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to own complex enterprise integrations from pre-sales support through post-launch handoff, across SMB and Enterprise segments, applying AI-assisted workflows to accelerate value.

The role demands strong client and project management, technical fluency, executive presence, and the ability to manage many projects with attention to detail while guiding teams through data and system integrations.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical project management, or professional services.
• Experience with AI tools, LLMs, or automation platforms is a strong plus.
• Independent execution with minimal oversight and high attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem-solving skills for non-routine issues.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end implementation for high-priority enterprise accounts.
• Resolve complex integration challenges with data discrepancies.
• Provide SME guidance for product areas and integrations.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Sales, and Product on timelines.
• Develop tools and templates to improve efficiency and time to revenue.
• Leverage AI-powered tooling to connect DailyPay with HR systems.
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering on friction points.
