Payoneer Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions & Implementation Manager to design and deliver scalable, high-performance technical solutions for diverse clients.

You will engage with C-level executives and collaborate with GTM, Product, R&D, Operations, Data, and more to ensure client success while guiding complex projects through all phases. You will drive requirements, document designs, and act as a technical lead during pre-sales and deployment, fostering strategic partnerships and delivering

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Architect or similar role.
• 1) Strong ability to design complex technical solutions.
• 2) Excellent written and verbal communication.
• 3) Proactive strategic thinker with multitasking skills.
• 4) Familiar with APIs, SaaS, and tech products.
• 5) Comfortable with commercial and contract concepts.
• 6) Fintech background preferred.
• 7) Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8) Willingness to travel as needed.

Mansioni

• Develop designs, specifications, and blueprints for scalable client solutions.
• Lead implementation from concept to testing and deployment, meeting milestones.
• Document BRD, SDD, flowcharts, and maintain project knowledge base.
• Review and optimize existing solutions for quality and maintainability.
• Act as trusted advisor in pre-sales and implementation discussions.
