Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical project management, or professional services.
• Strong communication and ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation for high-priority enterprise accounts with complex requirements.
• Resolve diverse implementation challenges using domain expertise and structured problem solving.
• Provide SME guidance for product areas and integration projects to junior team members.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Sales, and Product teams to align client requirements and timelines.
• Identify improvements to implementation processes and develop tools to increase efficiency and reduce Time to Revenue.
• Leverage AI-powered tooling and MCP-based integrations to connect DailyPay with HR systems and payroll platforms.
• Offer feedback to Product and Engineering on friction points to influence roadmap.
• Ensure all project documentation and configurations meet established standards before handoff.

The Role:

DailyPay is seeking a forward-thinking, organized, results-driven Senior Implementation Manager to join our team. This individual will be a pivotal member of our implementation team, leading complex integrations for new business and supporting re-implementations across our SMB and Enterprise segments. The Senior Implementation Manager will be responsible for managing the entire implementation lifecycle — from pre-sales support through post-launch handoff.

Our team embraces modern tooling and AI-assisted workflows to deliver smarter, faster implementations — and we’re looking for someone who is naturally curious about emerging technology and excited to use it as a force multiplier in their day-to-day work.

Success in this role will rely on a combination of strong client and project management skills, technical proficiency, executive presence, and the ability to manage the details while seeing the bigger picture. We are looking for an out-of-the-box thinker who can execute a high volume of projects.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Complex Launch Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation for high-priority enterprise accounts, managing intricate technical requirements and multi-stakeholder workstreams

• Problem Resolution: Resolve a wide range of complex implementation challenges, from data discrepancy issues to integration hurdles, utilizing deep domain expertise

• Technical Guidance: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific product areas or HCM integrations, providing guidance and best practices to junior team members

• Stakeholder Influence: Collaborate independently with Client Success, Sales, and Product teams to ensure alignment on client requirements and project timelines

• Process Evolution: Identify and champion improvements to the Implementation framework, developing new tools or templates that increase team efficiency and reduce Time to Revenue (TTR)

• Leverage AI-powered tooling and MCP-based integrations to build seamless, context-aware connections between DailyPay and HCM, payroll, and vendor platforms — reducing manual lift and accelerating time-to-value for clients

• Product Ambassador: Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams regarding implementation friction points to influence the future roadmap

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all project documentation and system configurations meet established "Gold Standard" benchmarks before handing off to the Client Success team

What You Bring to The Team:

• Professional Proficiency: 4–6 years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical project management, or professional services, ideally within the fintech or HR-tech space

• Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI tools — experience using LLMs, automation platforms, or AI-assisted workflows in a professional services or technical context is a strong plus

• Independent Execution: Proven track record of managing high-stakes projects from kickoff to completion with minimal oversight and high attention to detail

• Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable instructions for both technical and non-technical audiences

• Problem-Solving Acumen: Demonstrated ability to resolve non-routine issues through creative thinking and collaborative resourcefulness

• Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
