DailyPay seeks a Strategic Implementation Manager to lead deployments of our SaaS solution for major accounts. You will manage the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery to go-live, coordinating technical integrations between DailyPay and third-party vendors.

You will work with Sales on pre-sales and scoping, mitigate risks, and influence product development through feedback from top customers. Strong communication and technical acumen are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of SaaS implementation experience.
• Proven ability to manage demanding strategic accounts and influence C-level stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with sFTP automation and API builds, including log review and data validation.
• Experience leading unit testing, UAT, and complex data validation processes.

• Direct the technical aspects of DailyPay integrations for top accounts.
• Lead comprehensive discovery sessions and document complex requirements.
• Design bespoke technical solutions for intricate customer integrations.
• Collaborate with Sales on high-level pre-sales discussions and scoping.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure seamless delivery for high-stakes accounts.
• Provide feedback to Product teams based on implementation experience with major customers.
• Become a product suite expert and understand configuration options and workflows.
• Coordinate handoffs with Operations and Support during post-launch.
