Job summary

DailyPay, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Implementation Manager to lead deployments of our SaaS solution for premier accounts.

You will manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, align technical integrations with third-party vendors, and maintain executive-level relationships while balancing project details with strategic goals. You will engage in discovery, design bespoke technical solutions, and work closely with Sales, Operations, and Support to ensure a smooth go-live and post-launch

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SaaS implementation experience.
• Proven ability to manage demanding strategic accounts and influence C-level stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with sFTP automation and API builds, including log review and data validation.
• Leading unit testing, UAT, and complex data validation to ensure system integrity.
• Excellent written and presentation skills with ability to manage priorities.
• Working proficiency in Excel and Google Suite; familiarity with Dell Boomi or HCM, Payroll, and Time Management systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct the technical aspects of DailyPay integrations for top customers.
• Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions and document complex implementation requirements.
• Design bespoke technical solutions for intricate customer integrations.
• Support the Sales team with high-level pre-sales discussions and technical scoping.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure seamless delivery for high-stakes accounts.
• Influence product development based on implementation experience and customer feedback.
• Master internal processes and product configurations to ensure technical excellence.
• Coordinate handoffs with Operations and Support during post-launch activities.
