Job summary

DailyPay is seeking a Strategic Implementation Manager to guide the deployment of our SaaS solution for large, complex accounts. You will own end-to-end technical integrations between customers and DailyPay, coordinating pre-sales through go-live and managing C-suite stakeholders with clear, results-focused communication.

You will lead discovery sessions, craft bespoke technical solutions, and partner with Sales on scoping.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SaaS implementation experience in high-growth environments.
• Proven ability to manage strategic accounts and influence C-level stakeholders.
• Hands-on API development and sFTP automation, plus data validation.
• Experience leading unit testing, UAT, and complex data validation.
• Excellent written and presentation communication, adaptable to change.
• Familiarity with Dell Boomi, HCM, Payroll, and Time Management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic integrations for high-profile customers.
• Perform comprehensive discovery and document requirements.
• Design bespoke technical solutions for complex integrations.
• Collaborate with Sales on pre-sales and scoping.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide feedback to product teams based on implementation experience.
• Ensure smooth handoffs to Operations and Support post-launch.
• Become a product-suite expert to maintain technical excellence.
