Job summary

Storable is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to connect client objectives with the capabilities of Storable's product suite, driving adoption, renewals, and satisfaction across high-value accounts.

You will collaborate across product and engineering, translate business needs into practical requirements, lead onboarding, and help clients realize value, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in client success, account management, or related roles within the storage or SaaS industries.
• Experience with SaaS and storage industry solutions, with a deep understanding of operational reporting and improvements.
• Project management experience, with the ability to lead discovery workshops and manage large-scale initiatives.
• Ability to travel as required to Client sites and company locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key Clients to drive product adoption, renewals, and Client satisfaction by delivering consistent value.
• Consult with client and collaborate on onboarding plans unique to each client.
• Set-up and configure customer accounts with accuracy in partnership with Implementation.
• Strategize with clients on an ongoing basis and manage account customization to align with business goals.
• Secure executive visibility into business results and strategic initiatives.
• Identify patterns in Client usage to improve product adoption and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to translate Client feedback into actionable product requirements.
• Share strategic insights and operational best practices across the Client Success organization.
• Utilize CRM tools to accurately track Client interactions and progress.
• Facilitate Client business review meetings to ensure alignment and success.
• Communicate overall Client health and elevate at-risk accounts when necessary.
• Provide timely feedback to peers and stakeholders to foster collaboration.
• Coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth communication, scheduling, and execution of initiatives.
