Perry Weather is hiring a Senior Account Manager to own retention and growth across our largest accounts. You’ll manage about 50 customers, with expansion and renewals at the core of your role. Build strong relationships with decision-makers and coordinate onboarding for complex accounts to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll shape our account management function, develop plans, and collaborate with Account Executives to execute strategy and growth across the portfolio.

Formación

• 5+ years of SaaS account management or customer success experience, including ownership of enterprise or strategic accounts.
• Experience managing renewals, negotiating contracts, and working with multiple decision-makers.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to connect product capabilities to customer needs and business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full renewal cycle for your accounts, from planning and negotiation through renewal.
• Identify and close expansion opportunities by understanding customer needs and introducing additional products.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, including daily users, internal champions, and executives.
• Develop account plans that capture customer priorities, renewal risks, and growth opportunities.
• Lead customer conversations about adoption, results, and how Perry Weather can support goals.
• Coordinate onboarding for complex accounts, working across teams to meet requirements and deliver a strong customer experience.
• Share customer feedback with Product to guide improvements and new capabilities.
