Job summary

Alchemer is hiring an Account Executive to drive bookings for our reputation management suite, targeting multi-location brands across various industries. You will own the outbound and inbound sales process, engage with C-level buyers, and partner with Marketing and Success to expand existing accounts.

The role emphasizes hunter mentality, strong pipeline generation, and the ability to close complex software deals in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years closing software/SaaS deals.
• Experience selling reputation management or related Martech solutions to multi-location brands preferred.
• Proven ability to self-source a meaningful pipeline through outbound activity.

Responsibilities

• Sell reputation management products to multi-location brands in defined territories.
• Close new logos and expand within existing customers in collaboration with CS/Marketing.
• Build and execute outbound prospecting plans across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and competitive positioning in complex sales cycles.
• Forecast and manage pipeline with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
