Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. seeks a Senior Land/ROW Representative to support right-of-way activities for projects across field locations in the United States. The role requires independent work, strong knowledge of property valuation, survey drawings, and alignment sheets.

You will research owner contacts, communicate appraisals, secure access to properties, and maintain detailed activity logs. Travel is required; experience with land databases and document management is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred or at least 5 years relevant experience.
• Must have valid Driver-s license.
• SR/WA or other IRWA Designation Preferred.
• Able to obtain State-s Notary Public State Real Estate Licensing, if required by State.

Responsibilities

• Research contact information and initiate contact with owners of interest in property affected by project.
• Capable of understanding and communicating property appraisals and valuations to landowners.
• Secure permission to enter properties from landowners and tenants.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationship with project affected landowners.
• Negotiate ROW options, easements, fee interest, and curative documents as directed by the ROW Supervisor.
