Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Land/Row Representative to manage right-of-way tasks including title, permitting, acquisition, and documentation. The role requires strong negotiation, valuation knowledge, and the ability to work independently with landowners and project teams.

The candidate should have at least five years of ROW experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and excellent communication and analytical skills. Travel to field sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred or at least 5 years relevant experience.
• Must have valid Driver's license.
• SR/WA or other IRWA Designation Preferred.
• Able to obtain State Notary Public State Real Estate Licensing, if required by State.

Responsibilities

• Research contact information and initiate contact with owners of interest in property affected by project.
• Capable of understanding and communicating property appraisals and valuations to landowners.
• Secure permission to enter properties from landowners and tenants.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationship with project affected landowners.
• Negotiate for ROW options, easements, fee interest, and curative documents as directed by the ROW Supervisor.
