Qualifications

• Five years of ROW experience or similar ROW position.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• SR/WA or other IRWA designation preferred.
• Possibility to obtain Notary Public/State Real Estate Licensing if required.

Responsibilities

• Research contact information and initiate contact with property owners.
• Negotiate ROW options, easements, and compensation.
• Maintain detailed diary and weekly activity reports.
• Prepare and maintain logs of all payments and documents.
• Coordinate with landowner attorneys and project staff.
