Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. is seeking a Land/Row Representative in Georgia to manage land rights, valuations, and negotiations for ROW projects.

The role requires independent work, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with landowners and clients across a range of projects. Responsibilities include contacting owners, reviewing valuations, securing access, and maintaining thorough records while supporting construction activities.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred or at least 5 years relevant experience.
• Must have valid Driver's license.
• SR/WA or other IRWA Designation Preferred.
• Able to obtain State Notary Public licensing if required by state.
• Five years of experience as a ROW agent or related ROW position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Research contact information and initiate contact with owners affected by project.
• Communicate property appraisals and valuations to landowners.
• Secure permission to enter properties from landowners and tenants.
• Negotiate ROW options, easements, or fee interests as directed.
• Maintain detailed weekly activity reports and property logs.
• Support construction activities and assist in data needs.
