TRC SOLUTIONS INC is seeking a Sr. ROW Agent to support right of way activities under the direction of the Lead Agent or ROW Supervisor. The role requires knowledge of title, permitting, acquisition, and documentation, with a focus on property valuation, survey drawings, and alignment sheets.

The candidate will work closely with the ROW team to secure access, negotiate easements, and document all ROW activities while adhering to the project Safety Plan.

Qualifications

• Experience as a ROW agent or related ROW position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including spreadsheet and word processing.
• Must be detail oriented and have excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Knowledge of land description and terminology, surface and subsurface rights, ROW document analysis, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions and use judgment.

Responsabilités

• Assist ROW Supervisor in providing guidance to ROW Agents.
• Secure permission to enter properties from landowners and tenants.
• Negotiate ROW options, easements, fee interest, and curative documents as directed.
• Assist in developing construction lines from conditions on the ROW.
• Maintain detailed diary and weekly activity report of contacts with property owners.
