Job summary

Percheron LLC is seeking a Sr. Right of Way Agent to support a project starting August–September.

The role requires deep knowledge of right of way disciplines, including title, permitting, acquisition, and documentation, with emphasis on land valuation, survey drawings, and alignment sheets. The candidate will research and negotiate land rights, manage permits, and handle complex easement negotiations, with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in the Right of Way industry.
• Experience supporting BLM and State Land Office projects, including permitting and stakeholder coordination.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, rules, regulations, and right of way policies.

Responsibilities

• Research, negotiate and elect to purchase land rights and rights-of-way for construction.
• Identify ownership interests and required permits; acquire permits as directed.
• Oversee land-related legal issues including transfers of titles, deeds and zoning.
