Job summary

Percheron LLC is seeking a Sr. Right of Way Agent to support title, permitting, acquisition, and documentation for construction projects. You will analyze land ownership, prepare permits, and handle complex negotiations for easements and settlements.

The role requires strong knowledge of property valuation, survey drawings, and alignment sheets, with the ability to work in the field or office as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years in the Right of Way industry.
• Strong knowledge of laws, rules, and right of way procedures.
• Familiar with property valuation, survey drawings, and alignments sheets.
• Understanding of land-related contracts for ROW projects.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Research, negotiate and decide on purchase or lease of land for ROW.
• Identify land ownership interests and permit requirements.
• Oversee title transfers, deeds, mortgages and zoning issues.
• Prepare reports on negotiations, easements, settlements and permits.
• Perform due diligence on land rights and communicate with landowners.
