Job summary

Percheron LLC seeks a Sr. Right of Way Agent to manage title, permitting, acquisition, and documentation for land rights related to construction projects. The role requires a NM real estate license and deep knowledge of property valuation, surveys, and alignments.

The candidate will research ownership interests, secure permits, and handle easements, relocations, and complex negotiations. Office or field work is possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in the Right of Way industry.
• Active NM Real Estate License required or reciprocal license accepted.
• Strong knowledge of land rights, permits, easements, and title transfers.

Responsibilities

• Research, negotiate and elect long- or short-term land leases for ROW.
• Identify land ownership interests and permit requirements for construction.
• Oversee title transfers, deeds, mortgage concerns, and zoning.
• Prepare activity reports and field/office documentation for negotiations.
• Serve as liaison with landowners on ownership, easement rights and access.
