Percheron LLC seeks a part-time ROW Agent to support negotiation, research, and permitting for construction projects. You will work under a Lead Agent or ROW Supervisor to research land ownership, pursue rights of way, and document complex settlements.

The role involves due diligence, liaising with landowners, reviewing easements and plats, and maintaining field and office reports to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to build relationships with landowners and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Research, negotiate and elect to purchase land rights and rights-of-way for construction.
• Identify land ownership interests and locate owners; determine permits and acquire needed permits.
• Oversee titles, deeds, mortgages, zoning, and related legal issues.
• Prepare daily activity reports and detailed negotiation reports for easements and permits.
• Perform due diligence to ensure accuracy of land rights and identify deficiencies.
• Serve as liaison with landowners on ownership, easement rights, damage claims, and access issues.
• Review third-party development plans and ROW records to identify conflicts.
• Maintain status with supervisors to ensure completion per client procedures.
• Work in office or field as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
