Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Roving Senior Assistant Property Manager to lead in communities across the East Bay to Peninsula. This role focuses on delivering exceptional resident experiences, maintaining property standards, and driving occupancy and retention.

You will manage teams, model Bozzuto values, mentor staff, and cover for the GM as needed. A strong background in property management and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Sales aptitude and customer engagement.
• Exposure to rent collection processes, budgets and accounts receivable.
• Proficient with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and creating engaging content.
• Sharp professional appearance and polished communication.
• Competent with industry software (YARDI) and related apps.

Responsibilities

• Support communities from East Bay to Peninsula as needed.
• Lead by example, uphold Bozzuto standards and culture.
• Collect rent, post receipts and manage delinquency to achieve financial objectives.
• Conduct informative and personalized tours to drive leases and occupancy.
• Ensure property interiors/exteriors reflect Bozzuto brand and professionalism.
• Coach and mentor team when the PM/GM is not present.
• Work weekends (1–2 per month) with two days off mid-week.
