Job summary

Bozzuto in Redwood City is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to lead community operations, ensure stellar resident experiences, and mentor a team in a fast-paced environment. You’ll model Bozzuto's standards and drive day-to-day property performance.

You’ll manage rent collection and delinquency, conduct informative tours to secure new leases, and partner with leadership to hit financial goals. Weekend coverage is required 1–2 weekends per month, with two weekdays off, and growth

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in the property management, hospitality or retail industries.
• Exposure to revenue, P&L and budget management.
• Proficient with Facebook and Instagram; ability to create engaging content.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A real estate license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire) where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Leading by example and upholding Bozzuto's standards and culture.
• Achieving financial objectives through rent collection and delinquency management.
• Sales and marketing including tours to secure new leases.
• Building brand loyalty and ensuring positive resident interactions.
• Maintaining impeccable community appearance and professional staff presentation.
• Coaching, mentoring and inspiring team members.
• Weekend work 1–2 weekends per month with two days off during the week.
• Stepping in to lead when the Property Manager is absent.
