Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead a property team, manage the budget and drive occupancy, in Los Angeles. You will coach staff, deliver performance reports, and strengthen relationships with owners and residents to maximize value.

You will collaborate with marketing to differentiate the community and ensure outstanding guest satisfaction, while supporting team development and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in property management, hospitality or retail industries.
• Track record of success building and retaining high-performing teams.
• Strong relationships with clients, investors, ownership groups and vendors.
• Experience managing a budget and/or P&L.
• Proficiency with industry software (YARDI), apps and computer programs.
• Strong financial skills with GAAP knowledge.
• Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal.
• Professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Leading by example and coaching the team to achieve occupancy and retention goals.
• Manage financial performance of the property per budget.
• Deliver timely financial and operational reports to clients and ownership groups.
• Cultivate relationships with owners, residents, employees and vendors.
• Differentiate the community in the marketplace with Bozzuto’s standards.
• Partner with marketing to position the community as a destination for residents.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and strong community reviews.
• Support professional growth and training for team members.
