Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the property management, hospitality or retail industries.
• Strong leadership track record and client relationships.
• Proficiency with industry software (YARDI preferred).
• Strong financial skills with knowledge of GAAP and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations to achieve budgeted occupancy and retention goals.
• Manage the financial performance of the property and reporting to clients.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement strategies and drive occupancy.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and relationships with residents and stakeholders.
• Oversee weekend presence and support team members as needed.
• Develop and mentor team members to grow professionally.
