Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Property Manager in Emeryville, CA. This role focuses on leading by example, driving occupancy, managing finances, and delivering timely reports. You will cultivate client relationships, monitor market intelligence, coordinate with marketing, and ensure exceptional resident satisfaction.

Candidates should have 4-year degree, 5+ years in related fields, and strong leadership and communications skills. The position includes competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in property management, hospitality or retail.
• Strong leadership track record.
• Impeccable client and customer relationship track record.
• Revenue, budget and P&L management experience.
• Proficiency with industry software (YARDI preferred).
• Strong financial skills with a basic knowledge of GAAP.
• Outstanding communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing the financial performance of the property.
• Creating and delivering timely financial and operational reports to clients.

• Working weekends one weekend per month with two weekdays off.
