Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to lead leasing and operations for a vibrant community. You will drive resident satisfaction, manage financial performance, and mentor a dynamic team, ensuring brand integrity and exceptional living experiences.

You’ll engage residents through tours, coordinate with property leadership, and contribute to a welcoming, high-performance culture at Bozzuto.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2+ years in property management, hospitality or retail.
• Tax Credit Experience Required.
• Experience with revenue, P&L and budgets.
• Real estate license or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold Bozzuto’s standards and culture.
• Achieve financial objectives through rent collection and delinquency management.
• Sales and marketing through tours to secure new leases.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring positive resident interactions.
• Maintain impeccable community interiors and professional Bozzuto branding.
• Coach, mentor and inspire team members; cover weekends as needed.
