Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Plans & Scheduler to support HQ USAF operational plans and safe air transportation for Cabinet Members and senior leaders. The role involves day-to-day aircraft planning, MIS data management, and coordination with Maintenance Operations and higher headquarters.

You will develop long-range, quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily schedules, ensure documentation accuracy, manage inspections in MIS, and participate in briefings to align maintenance and operations with mission

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
• Strong oral and written communication in a dynamic scheduling environment.
• Able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance (US citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an aircraft Plans and Scheduling office.
• Coordinate aircraft scheduling and production control.
• Develop scheduling requirements into long-range and daily plans to optimize resources.
• Prepare monthly briefings and coordinate with CVAMS and higher HQ as needed.
