Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Plans & Scheduler in Maryland to support the HQ USAF's high-profile air transport operations for senior officials and dignitaries. You will manage day-to-day scheduling, training of production controllers, and ensure accurate MIS records and documentation.

You'll develop long-range to daily plans for aerospace vehicles and coordinate with Maintenance Operations Center, wings, and squadrons while maintaining safety and efficiency in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
• Strong working knowledge of MIS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of aircraft Plans and Scheduling office.
• Train and supervise production controllers.
• Coordinate aircraft scheduling and maintenance planning.
• Develop long-range and short-range schedules for aerospace assets.
• Prepare monthly briefings for CVAMS and senior leadership.
• Manage MIS work packages and phase flow.
• Maintain aircraft jacket files and configuration management.
• Support depot coordination and flying hour program reviews.
