Job summary

Johns Manville is seeking a Sr. Sales Representative for its Commercial Roofing line in Colorado to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build long‑term customer partnerships with contractors, distributors, architects, and building owners.

You will deliver product demonstrations and on‑site technical support, forecast pipelines, prepare competitive bids, and negotiate profitable contracts while traveling 3–5 overnights monthly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in building products, construction materials, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license; residence within the state of Colorado, ideally in the front range region.
• Heavy travel with on average 3-5 overnight stays per month.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales quotas and margins across assigned commercial roofing product lines.
• Expand territory revenue by developing and executing a targeted geographic and account‑level growth plan.
• Accelerate product penetration by identifying high‑value opportunities with contractors, distributors, architects, and building owners.
• Strengthen partnerships with key contractors and distributors to increase product adoption and repeat business.
• Consistently generate new accounts while maximizing share of wallet within existing customers.
• Maintain a regular cadence of customer visits, business reviews, and project pipeline assessments.
