Job summary

Johns Manville in Colorado is seeking a Sales Representative for our Commercial Roofing line to drive measurable revenue growth across the Colorado territory and build long-term customer partnerships.

The role focuses on creating demand for roofing products, increasing product adoption, and delivering profitable sales results by expanding contractor and distributor partnerships, and coordinating with architects and building owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 yrs of sales experience and/or JM relevant experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Valid driver’s license; residence within the state of Colorado, ideally in the front range region.
• Heavy car travel with on average 3-5 overnight stays per month.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Territory Revenue & Growth Targets across Colorado commercial roofing product lines.
• Build & Sustain High-Impact Customer Relationships with contractors and distributors.
• Create Market Demand & Competitive Positioning through market intelligence and programs.
• Drive Sales Excellence & Execution with forecasts, bids, and profitable contracts.
• Enhance Customer Capability & Product Expertise via demonstrations and training.
• Uphold Operational & Regulatory Compliance with accurate records and compliance.
