Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed annual sales quotas and margins across product lines.
• Grow territory revenue by executing targeted geographic and account plans.
• Penetrate accounts by identifying high-value opportunities with contractors, distributors, architects, and owners.
• Deliver product demonstrations and attend customer-facing meetings to advance solutions.
• Prepare competitive bids and negotiate pricing within guidelines to secure profitable contracts.
• Provide on-site technical support and issue resolution to ensure customer success.
