Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior robotics professional to lead innovation projects across global clients, delivering scalable Physical AI architectures, autonomy stacks, and real-time systems. You will guide PoC to production rollouts, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and shape the Next-Gen Robotics roadmap.

You will leverage ROS2, simulation tools, and AI techniques to drive demonstrations and client value, with travel as needed. Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in robotics, consulting, or software projects with a strong technical focus.
• Broad hands-on experience with modern robotics stacks: ROS2, motion planning, sensor fusion, and simulation environments (Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab, MuJoCo, Gazebo).
• Hands-on experience with Physical AI and foundation models: VLA architectures, robot policy fine-tuning, imitation learning, sim-to-real transfer pipelines.
• Experience with synthetic data generation and world models (NVIDIA Cosmos, Genesis, MuJoCo MJX) for scalable robot training.
• Proficient in Python and C++ with Git and CI/CD; capable of architecture-based development.
• Experience in technical project roles such as architect, lead engineer, or integrative tech generalist.
• Exposure to edge AI deployment for robotics: NVIDIA Jetson, TensorRT, real-time control at 30–100 Hz.
• Bachelor's degree in robotics, CS or related or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership of robotics innovation projects, including architecture design, implementation, and integration for global industrial clients.
• Develop scalable Physical AI architectures focusing on autonomy, VLA model integration, real-time systems, and scalable simulation.
• Manage interdisciplinary delivery teams (3–10 people) across PoC, pilot, and production rollout phases.
• Execute technology benchmarks, venture screenings, and establish robust demo/test setups.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and Accenture industry units from roadmap creation to productive implementation.
• Contribute to Next-Gen Robotics strategy: tech roadmaps, partner development, and internal enablement initiatives.
