Ladders is seeking a Senior Robotics Recruiter to partner with leadership in delivering top talent across robotics, technical, and hardware roles. This remote role emphasizes deep sourcing, proactive candidate engagement, and building strong pipelines that align with client goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience preferred.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Robotics Recruiter to join the team of a leader in the Staffing space.

This role will focus on identifying and engaging exceptional talent for robotics, technical, and hardware positions across a range of client environments.

You will partner closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to deliver thoughtful recruiting support, strengthen talent practices, and build strong candidate pipelines.

The position calls for deep sourcing expertise, strong relationship management, and the ability to operate as a trusted recruiting partner in a fast-paced setting.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 annually
