Job summary

Axon is seeking a Senior Robotics Electrical Engineer to drive the design, development and verification of critical electronic circuits and systems for Axon Robotics products. You will own hardware from concept through mass production, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with global teams to meet demanding customer requirements.

The role emphasizes hands-on bring-up, test planning, and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong focus on high-speed embedded systems and EMI/ESD protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• 9+ years of electronics design experience with high-speed digital embedded systems
• Experience with EMI/ESD protection and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Research, design and verify innovative circuit designs for Axon Robotics products
• Lead hardware design from concept to mass production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design integrity
• Develop test methods and plans to validate designs
• Bring up, characterize and debug circuits using lab tools
• Document design decisions and present findings to teams
