Job summary

Intuitive Surgical is seeking a Service Trainer to help design and deliver technical training for da Vinci and Ion platforms. You will develop web-based learning, instructor-led training, blended solutions, and virtual sessions, while working with an Instructional Designer to support customers globally.

The role focuses on clinical and mechanical aspects of Intuitive products, with opportunities to lead course development, deliver hands-on sessions, and contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in training, manufacturing, engineering, or educational development
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Training, Content Development, Customer Service, Field Service, Technical Support
• Experience with adult learning methodologies

Responsibilities

• Course facilitation
• Support all da Vinci and Ion activities assigned
• Lead technical training course development for Intuitive platforms
• Mentor new hires and onboard cross-functional teammates
• Participate in all phases of learning projects (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation)
