Job summary

Intuitive seeks a Service Trainer to design and create training content for its products, including web-based learning, instructor-led training, blended solutions, and virtual sessions. You will focus on the technical and mechanical aspects of our Intuitive platforms and deliver technical product videos and online modules integrated into LMS systems.

You will partner with an Instructional Designer to support da Vinci and Ion training in direct and indirect markets, ensuring customers have tools

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering technical training content.
• Ability to develop and maintain SOPs and training materials.
• Strong collaboration with SMEs and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate courses and trainings across modalities (instructor-led, virtual, blended, eLearning).
• Develop technical training curricula for Intuitive platforms (da Vinci, Ion).
• Collaborate with Instructional Designer and SMEs to create content and assessments.
• Maintain documentation and SOPs; evaluate training effectiveness.
• Lead course development and mentor new hires.
