Qualifications

• 10+ years in clinical training or medical education within medical devices or healthcare tech.
• Proven track record designing physician training programs including curricula and labs.
• Ability to engage with KOLs and physician faculty to drive education-based adoption.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver curricula for physicians, staff, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide advanced clinical guidance during procedures and training sessions.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and medical affairs to align training with product needs.
• Mentor CAEs and scale global education via train-the-trainer programs.
